You have a business idea: a weekend workshop, a specialist service or a small shop. The next question is practical: how will a customer understand the offer and take the next step?
Infoholder Studio helps you turn that idea into an online business experience. A page introduces the offer; business functions let customers enquire, request appointments, sign up or explore products, depending on your chosen setup. The focus is the work your business needs to do.
Start with one offer and one customer
Write down who the offer is for, what they receive and what you want them to do next. “An introductory pottery class for adults who have never used clay” is easier to organise than “a creative lifestyle brand”. This is an illustrative example, not a real customer case.
Choose one main action for the first version. A consultant may want a consultation request; a class organiser may want registrations. Additional functions can follow after that first journey works.
Give AI business instructions
Describe the offer, audience, price or pricing basis, location, operating hours and confirmation rules. Add genuine photos and information you have permission to use. Ask for missing details to be flagged rather than invented.
Help me launch an introductory pottery workshop. Explain who it is for, what participants will make and what the fee includes. Let visitors request a place, clearly distinguish requests from confirmed registrations, and show how to contact the organiser.
Use this as a starting brief and replace the example with your own business. In Infoholder Studio, you can review the result and request changes in natural language.
Connect interest to an actual next step
A customer should not need to guess how to proceed. Put the relevant action next to the offer and explain what happens after submission. Select a solution that matches your business, then check which capabilities are included in the template and plan.
Real services, products, availability and payment settings need to be configured where applicable. A visible button alone does not prove that the underlying process is ready.
Decide what happens on your side
Who receives a new enquiry? Who confirms a requested time? Who follows up if information is missing? Give each task an owner. Manual follow-up is fine when it is clear and dependable; automation should only be promised when enabled and tested.
